I agree to be at my pools 5 minutes prior to check in. If I am late to my pool, I understand that I can become disqualified (DQ'd) from my match
Cheating, as determined by the referees and/or the Tournament Director, is not allowed and will result in a DQ from tournament. Collusion of any kind with competitors is considered cheating. If a referee determines that any competitor is colluding to manipulate the results or intentionally under-performing, the collaborating players may be immediately disqualified. This determination is to be made at the sole discretion of referees. Anyone disqualified in this manner forfeits all rights to any titles or prizes they might have otherwise earned for that tournament.
I also do hereby confirm the consent heretofore given you with respect to your photographing me or my child in connection with the Game Pad tournament event, and I hereby grant to you, your successor, assigns and licensees the perpetual right to use, as you may desire, all motion pictures and sound track recordings which you may make of me or my child, and the right to use my name and/or child's name or likeness in or in connection with the exhibition or any other use of such video or recording.
I agree to hold The Game Pad and it's representatives harmless from any and all claims, loss or damage to my personal property, liabilities and costs, including attorney’s fees, as a result of my participation in this event, including travel to and from the event.
By registering for the tournament and/or submitting the RSVP form I agree to abide by the terms, conditions, and rules included here and throughout the site.

Sets: Best 2 out of 3 Upper/Lower/Grand Finals: Best 3 wins of 5 Rounds * Swiss Bracket or Round Robin Pools may be used for seeding prior to the final bracket. |
Stage Rules
Determining Stage
For the first round players may Agree to any non-banned Stage or they may Random a starter Stage (either Normal or Omega form). If neither of these options are taken then Stage Striking method is used:
Banned Stages
Stages listed on the Banned Stage list (see Full Rules) will not be recognized for competition scoring purposes and will not be given an "okay" by a referee when a Gentleman's Agreement is made for the Stage in question at any time during competition. Any competitors using these Stages in competition will not have their win/loss recorded and will be asked to replay the round with a Stage not on the Banned Stage list. Refusal to comply will result in a Disqualification for that round. |
